What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in AUD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can, often the same day.
On average, please allow 1-2 days for your order to ship out.
Tracking numbers will be updated at the time or after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at vetomedhp@gmail.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % satisfaction and money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you up to 45 days For Absorbable Suture in Cassette and 7 days for other products to initiate a refund and to send the faulty product back to us. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product back we will examine the fault. If the product is faulty we will offer you to refund the full amount of your original purchase, or to replace the product for free. If you choose a free replacement, we will also include some free products used by you previously to compensate you for the return postage. Please Include your name and order/invoice number on the returned parcels.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email asap and confirm your correct address.
If your order hasn't been sent yet, we will amend the address.
Also, once you double check the address given to us is wrong, kindly notify us asap via email at vetomedhp@gmail.com.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship all over Australia. The average shipping time is 2-8 business days.
Could I track my order delivery online?
Your order's tracking number will be provided in a due course and can be found by visiting a "Tracking" link in our "Customer Care" block in the footing of the page and also at the top, next to "about us".
