Refund policy
Returns
We have a return policy for the faulty products only. You have 45 days from the delivery date for the Suture in Cassette and 7 days for all other products to request a return.
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be faulty. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You must ship the faulty product back at your own expense. Once we have received the product back we will examine the fault. If the product is faulty indeed and your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will refund the full amount of your original purchase, or replace it free of charge, if you wish.
Please enclose with the return a brief description of the faults found with the product and include your name and order/invoice number with the returned parcel.
In case of a replacement will also include some free products used by you previously to compensate you for the return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
